XERF™ Skin Tightening

XERF™ is a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment designed to support firmer-looking skin and improve the appearance of mild skin laxity. Using multifrequency monopolar RF technology, XERF™ delivers controlled thermal energy into different layers of the skin, helping to stimulate the skin’s natural collagen renewal process over time.

What Is XERF™?

XERF™ is a structural skin-tightening treatment. It uses multifrequency monopolar radiofrequency energy, combining 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz frequencies, to deliver heat at multiple depths within the skin, including the SMAS (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) layer, which is typically targeted in surgical facelifts. XERF™ is a non-invasive option that does not involve needles or surgical incisions, and downtime is minimal, although individual experiences may vary.

The treatment is personalised according to the individual’s skin profile, with different depth settings and intensity levels available to support a customised treatment approach.

The benefits of XERF™

Multifrequency RF Technology

XERF™ uses multifrequency monopolar RF system, combining two frequencies to deliver energy across different skin depths. This allows treatment to be adjusted based on the individual’s skin structure and treatment area.

Personalised Energy Delivery

XERF™ uses real-time impedance feedback to analyse the skin during treatment. With multiple depth settings and intensity levels, the treatment can be tailored according to the patient’s skin condition and comfort level.

Comfort-Focused Treatment

XERF™ incorporates Wave Fit™ pulse technology and Integrated Cryogen Delivery cooling, which help manage energy delivery while cooling the skin surface during each pulse. This ensures a pleasant experience while still effectively reaching collagen-stimulating temperatures within the skin.

Minimal Interruption to Daily Routine

As a non-invasive treatment, XERF™ does not involve needles or surgical incisions. Many patients may be able to return to normal daily activities after treatment.

What to Expect During Treatment

Consultation

Your treatment begins with a consultation with our doctor, who will assess your skin concerns, medical history, and aesthetic goals. This helps determine whether XERF™ is suitable for you and which areas may benefit from treatment.

Preparation

The treatment area will be cleansed and numbed for 30 minutes. Your doctor or trained clinical team will explain the treatment process and what you may feel during the session.

Treatment

During the procedure, the XERF™ handpiece is applied to the skin. You may feel warmth as radiofrequency energy is delivered, together with cooling sensations from the device’s integrated cooling technology.

After Treatment

There is typically minimal downtime. Some individuals may experience temporary redness, warmth, or sensitivity, which should be discussed with your doctor during consultation.

How Does XERF™ Work?

XERF™ delivers controlled radiofrequency energy into the skin to create heat at targeted depths. This heating effect supports collagen remodelling and gradual skin firming over time.

The system can reach shallow, middle, and deeper layers of the skin, making it suitable for treating areas where early laxity, softening, or reduced firmness may be observed. Treatment settings are adjusted based on your skin condition, treatment area, and doctor’s assessment.

Results may vary between individuals. Your doctor will advise what can reasonably be expected based on your skin quality, age, degree of laxity, and overall treatment plan.

Is XERF™ Suitable for Everyone?

XERF™ may be suitable for individuals who:

  • Are looking for a non-surgical approach to firmer-looking skin
  • Have mild to moderate skin laxity
  • Prefer a treatment with no needles or surgical incisions
  • Want to support gradual collagen renewal
  • Are seeking treatment for facial contour refinement or early signs of skin laxity

XERF™ may not be suitable for everyone. A doctor’s consultation is required to assess your skin condition, medical history, and treatment suitability.

What Concerns May XERF™ Help Address?

XERF™ may be considered for individuals who are noticing early changes in skin firmness, facial definition, or skin quality. By delivering controlled radiofrequency energy into the skin, XERF™ is designed to support collagen remodeling and gradual firming over time.

Common concerns discussed during consultation may include:

  • Mild skin laxity
  • Softening of facial contours
  • Less defined jawline
  • Changes in skin firmness
  • Early signs of ageing around the lower face or neck

As individual skin conditions vary, your doctor will assess whether XERF™ is suitable for your concerns and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
