Dr Yong Lok Sze

Dr Yong graduated from University College London, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery with distinction in medical sciences. She has more than 10 years of experience as a general practitioner, and was accredited as family physician by the Family Physician Accreditation Board of Singapore in 2014 after attaining Diploma in Family Medicine by National University Singapore in 2013.

Prior to joining Fusion Medical, Dr Yong had worked with 2 of the largest private healthcare providers in South East Asia and a renowned private hospital in Singapore. This provided priceless experience and insight into private practice as well as managing patient’s ideas, concerns and expectations. She had also attained Diploma in Practical Dermatology from University of Cardiff UK in 2017 due to her special interest in Dermatology.

Dr Yong’s experience as a family physician includes but is not limited to targeted evidence based wellness screening, primary and secondary prevention of diseases, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, providing aesthetic consultations, treatment and procedures. Aside from medical and aesthetic dermatology, she also has special interest in women health specifically managing patients with Iron deficiencies and experienced with intravenous iron delivery.

As a mother, she enjoys her free time reading to her daughter, travelling and indulging in a glass of wine with friends.
