The Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal instrument that allows a trusted person(s) of your choice to carry out your wish over personal property or welfare matters should you lose your mental capacity one day.

Lasting Power of Attorney allows a trusted person(s) of your choice to carry out your wish over personal property or welfare matters should you lose your mental capacity one day. A donee can be appointed to act in the two broad areas of personal welfare and property & affairs matters.
