Plinest®
Plinest® is an injectable skin booster made from polynucleotide (PN), which are DNA molecules extracted from Italian trout using patented Highly Purified Technology (HPT). Plinest® encourages bio-revitalization to reverse the signs of ageing and regenerate fibroblast and collagen for repair of damaged skin.
How does Plinest® work?
PLINEST® is clinically proven to improve the overall skin health from deep within the dermal layer by promoting bio-revitalization to reverse signs of aging and regenerating fibroblast and collagen to repair damaged skin.
The polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid helps to improve overall hydration and skin elasticity, as well as boost skin rejuvenation for smooth, flawless, and radiant skin.

How many sessions would I need?
3 sessions with an interval of 3-4 weeks between each session are usually recommended to achieve desirable results. However, each patient is unique and a consultation with one of our doctors is necessary prior to treatment.
What can I expect during the treatment?
Topical anaesthesia will be applied prior to procedure to minimise any discomfort, after which Plinest® will be administered into your skin. The entire treatment takes around 45 minutes including time taken for numbing.
What can I expect after the treatment?
here may be mild swelling or redness over injection sites, which is temporary. Downtime for Plinest® is minimal where patients can return to their daily activities after the treatment.
Can Plinest® treatment be combined with other treatments?
Yes. A multi-layer approach often will yield better results. You can discuss with our doctors for the treatment options that are best suited to your needs.
Am I the right candidate for Plinest® treatment?
Skin booster is recommended for almost everyone, especially as we age and our own hyaluronic acid levels begin to decrease. Our skin would begin to lose moisture, resulting in dryness, loss of tone and elasticity, and an increased tendency for inflammation.
