Treadmill ECG
Heart under exercise
Health screening package · Merdeka Generation · Men
A screen for Merdeka Generation men, no fasting needed, with a treadmill ECG and a prostate ultrasound.
What it checks
9 areas, head to toe, in one package.
Also in your bloods
Hepatitis A and B, vitamin D and tumour markers (AFP, CEA, CA 19-9 and PSA).
Tumour markers are not reliable screening tests on their own: a normal result does not rule out cancer, and a raised result often has another cause. Your doctor explains your results and which cancer screening suits your age.
Your scans
All of these are part of the package; your doctor explains each result.

Tumour markers are clues, not a diagnosis.
A normal result doesn't rule cancer out, and a raised one often has another cause. Your doctor explains what yours mean.
Fusion Merdeka Male is recommended for Merdeka Generation seniors. It includes a doctor's consultation and examination, 12 laboratory profiles and two diagnostic tests. Your doctor can suggest a different package if your age, symptoms or family history call for other tests.
Fusion Merdeka Male costs S$690, inclusive of GST.
The package includes a treadmill ECG and an ultrasound of the prostate. Your doctor explains what each one looks at and goes through the results with you.
No. This package uses tests that do not need fasting, so you can eat and drink as usual. Bring a list of your medicines, and tell us beforehand if you are unwell on the day.
Not on their own. A normal tumour marker does not rule out cancer, and a raised one often has another cause, so results are always interpreted with your doctor. Recommended cancer screening depends on your age and sex, for example a mammogram, cervical screening or colorectal screening, and your doctor can advise which apply to you.
A doctor goes through your results with you, explains which are within the normal range and which need a repeat test or follow-up, and gives you a medical report. If anything needs further tests or a specialist, your doctor arranges it.
Yes. Your doctor can add tests that suit your age, symptoms or family history. The fee for any addition is confirmed before it is done.
