This website and the clinic are operated by Fusion Medical Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201008166K), 501 Orchard Road, #04-11 Wheelock Place, Singapore 238880 (“we”, “us”).

What we collect through this website

• What you send us: your name, phone number, email, the service or doctor you are interested in, preferred appointment times and your message, when you fill in an enquiry or booking form.
• Messages: what you write to us by WhatsApp, email or phone after clicking a link on this site.
• How you use the site: pages visited, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and how you reached us, collected through cookies (section 4).

Please do not send medical records, NRIC or passport numbers, or payment details through a website form. We will ask for what we need when you visit.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange, confirm or change appointments.
• To pass your request to the right doctor or clinic team.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To measure which of our online adverts lead to enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse.
• To meet our legal and regulatory duties.

We send news or offers only if you have agreed to receive them.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This website uses:

• Essential cookies that make the site and its forms work.
• Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful.
• Google Ads measurement, to see whether an advert led to an enquiry.
• Google reCAPTCHA on forms, to tell people from automated spam.

These services are run by Google, which may process data outside Singapore under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some forms may ask you to confirm you are not a robot.

Who we share it with

• Our doctors and clinic team, to deal with your request.
• Companies that run our website, forms, email and messaging for us, under confidentiality obligations.
• Google, as described in section 4.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data. If it is transferred outside Singapore, we make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to Singapore law.

Keeping it safe, and how long we keep it

We protect personal data with reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards, and limit access to people who need it. We keep enquiry and website data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires. Medical records are kept as healthcare laws require; see our PDPA Policy.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or stop receiving marketing messages at any time. Write to our Data Protection Officer (section 8). We aim to reply within 30 days.
