Fusion Merdeka Silver is recommended for Merdeka Generation seniors. It includes a doctor's consultation and examination, 11 laboratory profiles. Your doctor can suggest a different package if your age, symptoms or family history call for other tests.
How much does Fusion Merdeka Silver cost?
Fusion Merdeka Silver costs S$290, inclusive of GST.
Do I need to fast before the screening?
No. This package uses tests that do not need fasting, so you can eat and drink as usual. Bring a list of your medicines, and tell us beforehand if you are unwell on the day.
Are tumour markers a test for cancer?
Not on their own. A normal tumour marker does not rule out cancer, and a raised one often has another cause, so results are always interpreted with your doctor. Recommended cancer screening depends on your age and sex, for example a mammogram, cervical screening or colorectal screening, and your doctor can advise which apply to you.
What happens after the screening?
A doctor goes through your results with you, explains which are within the normal range and which need a repeat test or follow-up, and gives you a medical report. If anything needs further tests or a specialist, your doctor arranges it.
Can I add tests to the package?
Yes. Your doctor can add tests that suit your age, symptoms or family history. The fee for any addition is confirmed before it is done.
