Corporate vaccination · Singapore
We arrange annual flu vaccination for your team at our Wheelock Place clinic or at your office. Each person is screened first, observed afterwards and given a record.
Organised flu protection, brought closer to your team.
A corporate vaccination programme is an organised vaccination day, or a series of clinic appointments, for your employees. Fusion Medical can arrange annual flu vaccinations at our clinic or at your office. Each person gives consent and is screened before vaccination, observed afterwards and given a record, and the programme is planned around your team's size, locations and schedule.
Influenza is a highly contagious viral infection that mainly affects the upper respiratory tract. Most people recover after a few days, but complications can occur in high-risk groups, such as pregnant women and people over 65.
The programme pathway
Your company and our team agree who is eligible, the vaccine, the venue, the timing and how privacy is handled. Employees receive information and give individual consent. On the day, each person is screened, vaccinated, observed and given a record and aftercare advice.

Agree the programme
Confirm your workforce's needs, the vaccine, venue, timing and responsibilities, including how employees book and what reporting the employer receives.

Check each person first
Every participant is checked for consent, medical history, allergies, current illness and previous vaccine reactions before vaccination. Anyone who is unwell may need to postpone.

Vaccinate, observe, record
The vaccine is given, each person is observed for a short time, and everyone receives documentation and advice on common effects and the warning signs that need urgent care.
Programme types
Seasonal influenza is a common workplace programme. Other vaccines may be considered for travel, work-related exposure or nationally recommended adult immunisation, after individual assessment and a check on availability.
Participation stays voluntary.
An organised influenza campaign, with clear booking and an observation area.
Destination-specific consultations for employees with different itineraries.
Access to selected nationally recommended adult vaccines, where appropriate.

On the day
We confirm each person's identity, consent and questions, and explain the vaccine.
We review allergies, precautions, current illness and vaccine history in private.
The vaccine is given using the agreed clinical workflow.
Each person is monitored, the dose is documented, and common effects and urgent warning signs are explained.
Safety & privacy
Participation stays voluntary, and each person's medical details stay confidential.
Employees should tell the clinical team privately about allergies, previous serious vaccine reactions, pregnancy, immune conditions, a current fever or illness and relevant medicines.
Yes, flu vaccinations can be arranged at your office or at our clinic at Wheelock Place. For an on-site session, we first review the group size, a private space for screening, infection control, observation seating, the workflow and emergency readiness.
No. Each person gives their own consent and is screened for medical reasons not to have the vaccine, precautions and current illness, so some may need to postpone or skip vaccination. Participation should remain voluntary.
Reporting stays within the scope agreed with you and consented to by employees, such as attendance or overall completion numbers. Private medical details are not shared unnecessarily, and each person's medical follow-up stays confidential.
Each person is observed for a short time, receives a record of their vaccination and is told about common effects, the warning signs that need urgent care and how to get follow-up. Later doses are scheduled if a vaccine needs more than one.
Yes. A clinic, on-site or hybrid model can be planned around your sites, shifts and where your employees work, with consistent communication and combined completion records.
Influenza vaccination is recommended once a year or per season, depending on that year's recommendations, which is why workplace flu programmes usually run annually. Complications are more likely in high-risk groups, such as pregnant women and people over 65. Our flu shot guide explains more.
