Corporate health screening · Singapore

Corporate health screening, planned around your team.

On-site at your workplace, at our clinic in Wheelock Place, or both. Tests follow each employee's age and risk, and every result is reviewed privately with a doctor.

What is corporate health screening?

Screening planned for your whole team, with private results for each person.

Corporate health screening is a health check that an employer arranges for its staff: on-site at the workplace, at our clinic in Wheelock Place, or a mix of both. Each employee has the tests suited to their age, sex and health risks and reviews the results privately with a doctor. Any report to the employer shows only aggregate, non-identifying results.

Share your requirements and we send a tailored proposal. After screening, each employee receives a personalised report with recommendations and goes through it with a doctor, usually about two weeks later.

  • Risk-based — age, sex, history and exposures guide the tests
  • Flexible — on-site, at the clinic, or both
  • Confidential — results stay between employee and doctor
  • Followed through — a doctor turns results into next steps

What it checks

What does a corporate health screening include?

Tests follow each employee's age, sex and health risks rather than one fixed bundle. Core checks cover blood pressure, body measurements, blood sugar and cholesterol; cancer screening follows current recommendations; and other tests are added when history, symptoms or role call for them.

Core health checks

Blood pressure, weight, waist, blood sugar and cholesterol, according to age and risk. They can pick up common conditions that often cause no symptoms early on:

  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • High cholesterol
  • Obesity

Who it's for

Which set-up suits your organisation?

Screening can come to your workplace, your employees can book appointments at our clinic, or you can combine both. We agree the approach with you before anything is scheduled.

Employers see only aggregate, non-identifying results.

  • One site, many staff

An on-site screening day, with privacy for measurements and samples, safe handling of specimens and a clear route to results.

  • Smaller or flexible teams

Employees book appointments at Wheelock Place at times that suit them, with clear preparation instructions.

  • Several offices or shifts

A hybrid programme: on-site days plus clinic appointments, with the same tests and follow-up on both routes.

  • Senior staff or higher risk

A doctor's consultation first, then additional tests chosen for the individual.

  • Workplace flu vaccination

Vaccine vials, a syringe and a cotton swab on a tray

Annual flu vaccination for staff, at the clinic or at your office, has its own programme.

Question What to expect thenGood to know
Planning We agree the eligible groups, tests, schedule, venue and privacy arrangements with you, then send a tailored proposal. Proposals are prepared once you share your requirements.
Tests Core checks follow age, sex and risk: blood pressure, body measurements, blood sugar and cholesterol. Cancer screening and other tests are added when eligibility or history justifies them.
Preparation Employees receive their tests, fasting and medicine instructions, the venue and the results process in advance. Fasting only when a test needs it. Pregnant employees should check with their gynaecologist first.
Time at the clinic A health screening at the clinic typically takes around 2 to 4 hours, depending on the package. Employees bring identification, a list of their medicines and any relevant reports.
Privacy Each employee enrols voluntarily and consents to their own screening. Individual results stay confidential unless the employee consents or the law requires disclosure.
Results Each employee goes through a personalised report with a doctor, usually about two weeks after screening. Abnormal results lead to repeat tests, treatment or a specialist referral as needed.

Your programme, step by step

Share. Plan. Screen. Review.

  1. Share your requirements

Tell us about your team, where they work and whether you prefer on-site or clinic screening.

  2. Receive a tailored proposal

We suggest the tests, schedule and delivery, and agree eligibility and privacy arrangements with you.

  3. Screening

Each employee consents, has their measurements taken and completes the tests suited to their age and risk.

  4. Private doctor review

Each employee goes through their personalised report with a doctor, and any follow-up is arranged.

Good to know

A screening programme succeeds when each person knows what happens next.

A normal result does not remove future risk or the need for repeat screening, and an abnormal result does not always mean disease. Each employee is linked to follow-up that fits their result.

Corporate Health Screening: frequently asked questions

Can you run an annual corporate health screening for around 50 staff?

Yes. Fusion Medical can plan an annual corporate health screening for around 50 staff on-site, where employees work at one location, through appointments at our clinic in Wheelock Place, or as a mix of both. We first agree the eligible groups, tests, schedule and privacy arrangements with you. Each employee enrols voluntarily, completes the tests suited to their age and risk, and receives a private doctor review, while employer reports show only aggregate, non-identifying results.

Which tests should a corporate health screening include?

Core screening follows each employee's age, sex and risk, and commonly covers blood pressure, body measurements, blood sugar and cholesterol. Breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening follow current recommendations and each person's eligibility. Other tests need an individual reason, such as symptoms, family history or earlier findings. Standard packages, such as Fusion Silver, are also available.

Can the screening be done at our workplace?

Yes, when the venue allows privacy, accurate measurements, safe handling of samples and a clear way to review results. On-site screening suits a team working at one location. Employees at other offices or on different shifts can book appointments at our clinic in Wheelock Place instead.

Will the employer see individual results?

No. Individual medical information stays confidential unless the employee gives specific consent or disclosure is required by law. Any report to the employer shows aggregate results that do not identify anyone, and each employee reviews their own results privately with a doctor.

Do employees need to fast before screening?

Only if their tests require it. Each employee receives exact instructions in advance, covering fasting, medicines, the venue and how results will be reviewed. Regular medicines should not be stopped without a doctor's advice.

How long does a corporate health screening take?

At the clinic, a health screening typically takes around 2 to 4 hours, depending on the package. Each employee then goes through their personalised report and recommendations with a doctor, usually about two weeks later.

What happens after an abnormal result?

A doctor explains the finding and recommends what to do next: a repeat test, treatment through primary care or a specialist referral. An abnormal result does not always mean disease, and a normal result does not remove future risk or the need for repeat screening at the recommended interval.

How much does corporate health screening cost?

Corporate programmes are quoted individually. Share your requirements, such as your team's size and location and whether you prefer on-site or clinic screening, and we send a tailored proposal. Our standard packages are listed on the health screening page.
