Skin rejuvenation · Singapore

Skin rejuvenation treatment, matched to your skin.

Dullness, uneven tone, rough texture and early lines each respond to different treatments. Our doctors assess your skin first, then plan skin treatments, lasers, RF or injectables.

What is skin rejuvenation treatment?

Not one procedure, but a plan built around your skin.

Skin rejuvenation refers to any cosmetic treatment that renews the surface appearance of the skin. Rather than one procedure, it is a plan built around your symptoms, such as dullness, uneven tone, scarring, acne, redness or laxity, using treatments that promote skin renewal, hydration and collagen production for improved tone and texture.

Getting through the day takes a toll on our skin, and over time it begins to reflect the everyday stressors of our lives. Signs of sun damage and ageing, and concerns such as dullness, acne and discolouration, can appear because of environmental factors, diet, stress and daily habits.

While the body naturally sheds skin cells about once every month to reveal new skin, rejuvenation treatments can help refresh it further. They are non-surgical: most are non-invasive, and a few, such as injectables, RF microneedling and ablative lasers, are mildly invasive.

  • Symptom first — dullness, tone, texture or laxity decides the plan
  • Non-surgical — most are non-invasive; a few are mildly invasive
  • Renew and rebuild — treatments promote renewal, hydration and collagen
  • Any age — good habits in your 20s and 30s help later

What your skin is showing

Which skin concerns can rejuvenation treatments address?

Rejuvenation treatments are typically for superficial skin concerns: pigmentation, rosacea, scarring, acne, dullness and skin laxity. They work at different depths: some refresh the surface, some even out colour and some rebuild collagen beneath it, so the concern you see decides where treatment needs to reach.

Dull, congested skin

Dead skin cells, oil, dirt and dehydration can leave skin looking flat and tired. Surface treatments cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate to refresh it, while injectable skin boosters deliver hydration deeper in the skin.

Your treatment journey

Assess the skin. Match the depth. Build over time.

  1. Consult

Tell the doctor what bothers you most (dullness, tone, texture, lines or firmness), along with your skincare routine, medicines and any upcoming events.

  2. Assess

The doctor examines your skin to see which concerns sit on the surface and which lie deeper, and checks for acne, rosacea or pigmentation that need their own plan.

  3. Choose

The doctor goes over all the treatment options that can address your concerns and goals, from skin treatments and lasers to radiofrequency or injectables, and the downtime each involves.

  4. Review

Results build over a course of sessions. Protect your skin from the sun, keep up your skincare and return for maintenance as advised.

Safety & expectations

The right treatment depends on what your skin is showing, not on the word ‘rejuvenation’.

Most rejuvenation treatments are non-invasive with little downtime, but ablative lasers need a longer recovery. Tell your doctor about your medicines, skin conditions, recent treatments and upcoming events, and protect your skin from the sun afterwards.

Skin Rejuvenation: frequently asked questions

How long do skin rejuvenation results last?

It depends on the treatment, your skin and how well you protect it. HydraFacial is a maintenance treatment that can be repeated every 2–3 weeks. HA skin booster results can last 6 to 9 months with optimal treatment, and Profhilo results generally about a year. Collagen built by lasers and radiofrequency develops over months, and after a Fotona 4D course, maintenance may only be needed once a year. Sun protection and good skincare help results last.

What skin rejuvenation treatments are available?

Options at our clinic include HydraFacial, chemical peels, radiofrequency treatments, ablative and non-ablative lasers, and injectables such as skin boosters, anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. In a chemical peel, a solution applied at light to deep strengths allows new, smoother skin to grow. Your doctor will explain which suit your skin. Some can also be used on the neck, décolletage and the backs of the hands.

What is the difference between ablative and non-ablative laser rejuvenation?

Ablative lasers target the outer skin layers, resurfacing the skin to treat deeper wrinkles, sun-damaged skin, warts, scars and other stubborn issues; downtime ranges from 7 days to 2 weeks, depending on your condition and the intensity of treatment, and lighter fractional sessions need less. Non-ablative lasers target the layer underneath the surface, stimulating collagen without damaging the skin surface, and are often used for melasma, dark spots and freckles, with minimal downtime.

What are rejuvenation injections?

Rejuvenation injections improve skin quality or soften signs of ageing from within. Skin boosters micro-inject stabilised hyaluronic acid for deep hydration, and regenerative injectables such as PN and PDRN support skin repair. Dermal fillers restore lost volume, for example to smooth deep under-eye hollows, lift the cheekbones or soften nasolabial folds. Anti-wrinkle injections, a prescription-only treatment, relax the muscles behind frown lines and crow's feet. Your doctor matches the injectable to your concern.

What does a HydraFacial do for skin rejuvenation?

HydraFacial is a treatment that deep-cleans pores and provides nutrients to the skin for an all-over refreshed and glowing appearance. It uses patented technology to cleanse and exfoliate the skin, remove impurities such as oil and dirt, and moisturise by delivering nourishing serums into the skin. It is often a starting point for dull or congested skin.

How much does skin rejuvenation treatment cost in Singapore?

The cost of skin rejuvenation treatment depends on the treatments in your plan, how many sessions you need and whether treatments are combined, so it varies from person to person. After assessing your skin, our doctors recommend a plan and explain the fees for each part of it before you start. Please contact the clinic for current fees.

Is there downtime after skin rejuvenation treatment?

It depends on the treatment. HydraFacial has no downtime, and non-ablative lasers and most radiofrequency treatments involve little or minimal downtime. Light fractional resurfacing, such as Micro Laser Resurfacing, may cause 1–3 days of mild redness. Fully ablative lasers can need 7 days to 2 weeks. Injectables may leave temporary redness, swelling or small bruises at the injection sites.

At what age should I start skin rejuvenation?

Good skin care is essential at any age, and healthy habits in your 20s and 30s can strengthen and prepare your skin for the effects of ageing. There is no set age for treatment: it depends on what your skin is showing, such as dullness, pigmentation, acne scarring or early laxity, and your doctor will advise whether you need treatment at all.
